Keri Sheheen was born in 1990 on the infamous trash heap known as Staten Island, NY. She went off to college in the teeny tiny town of New Paltz and received a BFA in Printmaking with a minor in film and video studies. She is constantly finding ways to combine her passion for printmaking/illustration and film, leading her to explore the wonders of animation in several forms. Her work has been featured in the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art, as well as the Governor’s Island Art Fair in 2013. She has also done several illustrations for printed books, e-books and posters.
